This is a post to acknowledge the resolution of my problem on this thread: https://www.you-cubez.com/posts.php?id=1396 Please have a look on the first post and you will see what happened. I now can say that I got all the cube funds back and I have another cube with the same price as before. They even gave me premium membership for a month which was a nice surprise and I was totally not expecting it. I know people mostly write about bad experiences and I understand the reason why. I just wanted to make this post because a solution to my problem was delivered by support. They are active and fair. My thanks and congratulations.
