We are currently experiencing a few problems with Paypal (as per usual!). Payments will be delayed slightly, but rest assured you will receive your payment shortly if you are still waiting. Whilst we're on the subject of payments, we still have lots of members contact us about pending payments. Please read the following: - Payments generally take AROUND 10 working days. - Working days do NOT include weekends and bank holidays. - This means you may receive your payment within 7 - 8 days or 12 - 14. 10 days is an approx. number. - Payments are manually processed due to fraud checks. (If we had 0% fraud, we could send all payments automatically, but unfortunately we don't!) - Payments can be delayed for a number of reasons such as: your payment consists of commission or sold cubes earned from a member currently being looked into for suspicion of fraud, Paypal/Alertpay quite often like to spring a few surprises such as placing limits on your account for no apparent reason. You are always welcome to contact us regarding pending payments, but please take into consideration, that this just delays things further. You will ALWAYS receive an e-mail once your payment has been sent or on rare ocassions, declined. If your payment IS declined, there will be a valid reason included within the e-mail notification. Yes - we've spoken to Paypal several times and seems like they are removing the limitation anytime at all, so payments will be sent this week. Apologies for the delay - unfortunately, when Paypal decide they want more information about your business they simply place a limitation on your account, preventing you from sending or withdrawing money. 2012-05-01 at 11:41:07 |

Thanks for the intel, that's always good to see that we have someone with the skills at the other side. :) A little question: I bought 2 referrals Lv1 and a cube from other member. It's been passed 24h and i don't see my referrals and my cube is stil waiting for approval. Is this normal? Where are my refs? Yep - usually takes up to 48 hours (2 working days). Please rememeber, weekends are not considered working days. So if you purchase referrals/cubes etc... on Friday, they may not be approved until Monday. 2012-08-14 at 10:45:27 |
