You will have been sent an e-mail. Like I mentioned before, everytime a payment is sent or declined, an e-mail is sent. This is why we recommend using a valid e-mail address and adding our address to your safe list. 2013-03-04 at 10:49:40 |

Please contact support regarding outstanding payments, but do bare in mind it will ultimately just delay things. The more time we spend time replying to e-mails about payments, the longer payments will take to be processed as they are all manually processed. 2013-05-28 at 13:37:51 |

Hello, I do not work for You-Cubez but I would suggest you keep calm and send a support message through the contact link so the admin can check your request specific to you and then help you by giving you an answer in regards to your payment request. You-Cubez always pays members, and yes I agree sometimes we have to wait a little longer than we expect, but it is better to keep calm, remain active and continue doing your work here knowing you will be paid, instead of scammed. Payment delays are common, especially if we're investigating deposits from fraudulent members that have purchased cubes.
