I am finding that often I don't qualify for the first survey and thenthe system offers me a chance to take another survey. If I opt to do this next survey I sometimes don't get paid even though I have completed the survey fully.

Sometimes you won't qualify for a survey as it will depend on what they are looking for.

What is the 2nd survey they offer? This could be a 3rd party offer and therefore separate from Opinion Surveys.
