Before we begin to tell you about all the new changes and what is still to come, we have decided to allow 24 hours to iron out any bugs or issues you may come across. We want to be on hand to act quickly should anything major go wrong! As you can see, this is the largest re-design since 2007 and we are very confident the modern and simplified layout will decrease confusion amongst new and even existing members. Over the next 24 hours, all your cube funds will be added to one total balance. You will receive an e-mail each time we transfer over cube funds for pending games played, logins, cubes clicked etc... Please do shout if there any issues with your account. Feedback is welcome of course, but we will be creating a further thread over the next few days specifically for feedback. Our main focus at the moment, is to ensure everything is working as it should be before we move on! *UPDATE* Cube funds are now being added for offers being completed from the offerwall. Any funds that haven't been added, will be added shortly. We have all funds stored in a balance - they just need transferring across. *UPDATE* ( 23:06 - 21/02/2014 ) We have so far transferred cube funds for Bonuses, Logins and are currently transferring over funds for Offers completed. *UPDATE* ( 23:34 - 22/02/2014 ) Most of your cube funds have now been transferred. We just have cube funds for referral traffic and clicking cubes to transfer which will take place tomorrow. After that, all cube funds will be automatically added to your account apart from cube funds for playing games, referral traffic and clicking cubes, which will be added at the end of each day's activity. 2014-02-21 at 11:30:58 |

Free traffic packages will be re-structured as we can no longer add them to cubes as we have replaced cash cubes with sponsored ads. Therefore, we will be adding an option in the profile section for users to add a "favourite" website for us to add a traffic package for. 2014-02-21 at 12:39:54 |

They will be added shortly. We will add the bonus cube funds next, as this will be the main bulk of most users. We will then continue to add any pending cube funds from playing games, clicking cubes, referring visitors etc... 2014-02-21 at 13:19:12 |

We understand there will be mixed reviews, but we are confident in the long run, everyone will benefit. See our opening post with regards to cube funds. I saw the balance cube funds that was added don't seems to accurate to my previous cube funds balance. Do we need to wait for a few more days to receive those missing cube funds? Please advise, thanks 2014-02-21 at 13:39:00 |

I think that this "new look" seems to be "clear accounts and cube funds and history etc..." first you change the minimum amount - increase for 6 to 8 pounds and just with Payza for me it's worst and untrusted system ... and I follow forum and I notice that you - like "good" admin pay the request money from members ....veeeeeery haaaaard after days and days... with unexpected delay so... with payza everything goes wrong... Why not PayPal ? And when we will have all the history and tranzactions and cube fund correct setup ? 2014-02-21 at 13:57:28 |

We haven't used Payza for a long time. This is not a new change. History and transactions are correct. Cube funds are being added as we speak. when I tried to click a cube in the adboard section (Click me now) a message appear in the top of the page "Sorry, an error has occured. Please ensure you click the cubes and do not edit the URL!" Also I clicked over 50 cubes and my cube funds still the same. Finally are we still earning 5£ for every 100 cube clicked? Thanks 2014-02-21 at 14:38:26 |

So now it looks just like every other site (only harder to read, because of the color choices) and doesn't work smoothly. The colored cubes were the great charm of this site. Oh, and you STILL haven't answered my support tickets. I'll get to cash-out and not be back. 2014-02-21 at 14:47:32 |

what exactly is the point of this "new" site? all that has happened is the lovely colour and feel has been replaced by a bland uninteresting look and all the links have been shuffled around so it takes ages to find everything again according to the email i got this new site is purely because " the site's old design did nothing to explain what the site is about." so how come the old site had (what was it) about 160K members!!?? so they all signed up not knowing what the site is about lol my personal feeling is that you have wasted a lot of money that could have been better spent down the pub or at least returned to the members 2014-02-21 at 15:58:53 |

what else cube funds not being paid out for completing offers the PTC list is a pain now (having to scroll down as opposed to just clicking a cube) and why PTC anyway what was wrong with cash cubes? one good thing tho, at least the number of cubes to click is accurate at last after years of always being one out 2014-02-21 at 16:07:40 |

Thanks Clicking the cubes on the adboard seems to be working fine. Currently, there is no bonus for clicking every 100 as you can now click more cubes than you could previously and you don't need to click as many to earn £1 cube funds. We will, however, be adding a bonus soon. Cube funds for clicking cubes will be added every evening as you now have one total cube funds balance. 2014-02-21 at 16:53:50 |

We are always prepared for negative feedback and appreciate we won't please everyone. It's a shame members think we're against them. We're absolutely on your side to try and improve the site for all. We will certainly look into adjusting the colour scheme if it's not clear enough. We need constructive criticism though, not just criticism else how can we improve? The coloured cubes still exist.... and as far as we're aware, everything is running pretty smoothly. What was your support ticket regarding? 2014-02-21 at 16:59:18 |

We currently only have the offer wall, which are credited pretty quickly. Scrolling through a list of PTC ads should not take longer than clicking a cash cube. The main reason for this change was to ensure the accuracy of current sponsored ads to click. The reason there used to be a "ghost" cash cube, was because some member's didn't bother to design their cube and so skipped this step. Therefore, a cube was not created. Our most common issue amongst members was that the site was too confusing. Therefore, referrals wouldn't remain active and members wouldn't earn as much. We want to combat that and ensure that every visitor that visits the site understands very quickly what kind of site it is. What some members forget is that we are trying to improve the site for YOU so you can earn more money out of it. If you earn more money, then so will we. It's a team effort. ads do not refresh after clicked and makes it hard to figure out which have and have not clicked. It will take a while to get use to not having cubes instead of text ad. Big one for me is Payza since I am from the USA and Payza still has well over $100 of my money that my government is not allowing them to release for some reason or another. Hi, the new design is very nice, but in place of the PTC ads text I prefer Cash Cube ads so more nice. 1) Then, regarding PTC ads I recommend that you remove from the list the PTC ads that have already been click by the user, or maybe put as high in the first PTC ads available to click, for an easy and more faster search of the PTC ads available to click, and also to lighten the load of the page. Right now it takes a very long time to try and identify the PTC ads available to click, and it's just and only a waste of time / money... 2) and ... if you can solve my special characters in my username, this is my correct username: A£i€n$ I Hope you will solve all soon.
