 Hi,
From yesterday, I face a problem with virrol’s videos. Although I have watched 20 videos, theirs’ funds have not been credited to my balance. Is there a problem?

 video funds not added is just one of many problems on this site

and the sad thing is no-one at you-cube seems to care

NOTE HOW THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE TO THIS BUG, logged on the 16th and now more than a week later sod all response

Firstly - this was just a bug on the 16th. We have contacted them and are still waiting to hear.

Secondly - yes we do care. We are NOT in control of the videos provided. This is a 3rd party application and I can promise you that we spend countless hours contacting these companies for an answer, but there is only so much we can do.

 YOU ar e the ones who earn the real money from 3rd parties therefore it is YOUR responsibility to fix problems by liaising with the provider even if it takes hundreds of hours which you are obviously NOT doing

stop making excuses

bugs have NOT been fixed

Not sure what other bugs you are referring to. Feel free to send again.

With regards to offers not converting on the offer walls, they all have support for end users. You will find a link on the offer walls.
