 If you have contacted us and are using a Hotmail address, it seems our mail server is having a problem replying to Hotmail addresses. Our hosting company is looking into it.

Feel free to contact us again using an alternative e-mail address for now.

note: these observations are based on whether or not emails relating to offers are received or not and on weds 9th emails were getting through but not any longer

 Hi, I have these problems :
1 ) I have premium membership and I have a right to be able to replace my referrals purchased, but if I go to the section of my referrals I see that I can not replace the referrals that I purchased !
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible !
2 ) Being the premium membership I have a right to have £10 to spend for my campaigns here: http://www.you-cubez.com/ads/ads.php but lately my campaigns do not work and are all pending ! Please resolve this problem as soon as possible !
3 ) In the PTC ads section would ask you to make sure to put the PTC ads available to click all in the first in the top of the list , because it is a big waste of time trying to search on the ads in all that huge list !
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible !
4) In the section of the offers video, type 'Virool' 'Matomy Money' 'Super Rewards' , many times the video views do not earn anything and is just a big waste of time for us users !
Please resolve this problem as soon as possible !
