Since re-designing the website, we've seen a lot of very positive changes; most importantly, the increase in activity on the site. A lot of members didn't like the change at first, and that's understandable. We don't always like it when a website that we regularly use changes, but we had to keep up with the trends as well as optimise the site for mobile (which we are continuing to do) and things seem to be working out. We are also pleased to announce that the waiting time for payment requests is now approx. 5-7 working days and we've almost reached 20,000 payments processed since we launched the site in 2007. A pretty good milestone when you look at how many GPT sites have failed miserably. (And we've seen a LOT fail over the years!)
