 I think it is better to introduce a gift for a very good post in Forum. It can be for following categories;
1. Post which get more views
2. Post which get more Replies
3. Post or thread which helps or guide others in good way.

First two involve time period and 3rd one can be decided by Admin or by a public poll.

Welcome other members suggestions.
