Forum - Why is this section outside of the forum

 I've noticed that some of this forums sections are outside of the forum index of the site. Shouldn't they be under the forum section?

 If I click on forum, I can't see this section ("General"). It only shows: "Latest News", "Introductions", "Feature Requests", "Testimonials", "Success Stories" & "Payment Proofs", "Site Bugs", "Advertising" and "Making Money"

It looks like we de-activated it, although it could still be accessed. Should be live again. Thanks :)
