I tried to request a payment to PayPal, but I got this message in return: Sorry, you must allow 5 days since receiving your last payment. This will help to speed up payments as we aim to decrease waiting times. I know what the problem is: 1. I transfered Earnings to Account Balance (1 GBP) 2. Then I tried to request the payment to PayPal It seems like Earnings -> Account Balance transfer is counted as a payment, but it clearly is not a payment.
