On the 17 February I reported a problem with Virool Videos where I was viewing the video but not receiving the credit - see previous thread for full details. The problem was eventually resolved on the 28 Feb but in my period of not receiving credit for my video viewings I dropped from second place in the leader board to tenth, just retaining the 10% bonus but loosing a lot of potential earning during the month. Unfortunately the problem appears to have returned as it is now 23 hours since I received a credit for viewing a Virool Video after watching 30+ videos during the day. Admin - can you please try and resolve this problem on an urgent basis and let me know the results of your discussions with Virool. Await your comments by return. 2016-03-08 at 00:32:00 |

It could be worse Imagination56, I`ve not received credit for any Virool video i wacthed since Feb 14th, ended up off the leaderboard for Feb & now i sit & watch while everybody else get`s credited for watching videos & i don`t. ? Yet i still torture myself watching Virool vidoes in the hope that whatever the problem is get`s fixed. To Admins i Run Windows 7 premium & use Firefox & Chromium, but use laptop as my desktop broke, if that helps. Please Please Fix this. 2016-03-08 at 10:55:50 |

We are actually seeing a rise in conversions, so it sounds like it might be something your end blocking the tracking. You can contact Virool yourself to see if they can help. Hey, good news!!! I am now receiving credits for viewing the Virool videos. I hope all the other users such as mo19678 who have been suffering with the same bug are now receiving their credits. 2016-03-10 at 02:41:53 |
