Someone bought my cube but why is the status of the Sold cube Pending ?

 I bought a cube and used token for second cube but both are pending, as it says that url is pending for approval and it is not approved for 5 days, how much time it takes to approve a pending url on cube

 perheps we did a mistake to buy cubes,now after repeated sale that are not sold
