 Hello, I have clicked on an offer on superoffer wall and I have used my credit card on the website to register for a 7 day trial, but there offer is still on the wall and there is no sign that it has been completed. please help, thank you

Hi - has your account been credited yet? If not, please contact support with the detail and they will chase it for you.
